Term and Conditions

Rates include chauffeur, insurance, petrol and ERP charges

Rates exclude Sentosa admission fees

Transfer refers to point-to-point drop-off:

  • For airport arrival transfers, the complimentary waiting time is 45 min from flight landing time after which there will be an extra 1-way charge. If the waiting time exceeds 2 hours from flight landing time, it will be charged as disposal (min 3 hours)
  • For airport departure transfers and other point-to-point transfers, the complimentary waiting time is 15 min after which there will be an extra 1- way charge. If the waiting time exceeds 1 hour from pick up time, it will be charged as disposal

 

Disposal refers to hourly booking:

  • Mercedes S class, Mercedes E class, Mercedes V class, Toyota Alphard/Vellfire, Toyota Hiace – minimum booking is 3 hours
  • 23-seater Coach, 44-seater Coach, Luggage Van – minimum booking is 4 hours

Full rate applies for any amendment or cancellation with less than 24 hour notice
